PAUL W. TOLLE

PAUL W. TOLLE was President and CEO of a firm which was comprised of physical security and pre-employment background investigators. The firm completed over 500 fraud, criminal, civil, pre-employment background and domestic cases each year. Mr. Tolle developed and implemented security plans and procedures for clients and highly classified data in sensitive areas. Mr. Tolle worked in an international capacity in a support operation to the United States Secret Service and Swiss Guard upon the arrival of Pope John Paul II to Baltimore, Maryland.

Prior to this, Mr. Tolle was a Detective and Instructor Trainer with the Anne Arundel County Police Department. He conducted undercover investigations and was assigned to specialized units and task forces with the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Drug Enforcement Agency and Immigration and Naturalization Service. He was the 1991 Police Officer of the Year, received numerous Commanders' Awards (Anne Arundel County Police, 1989 - 1992); Meritorious Service Award for Heroism and Police Officer of the Year, "Respect for Law" 1988. He is a Master Instructor of ASP Impact Weapons as certified by the FBI & DEA and a Certified ASP Instructor, ASP Eagle Instructor School.
